Yes—Veteran Home Watch covers both Stone Harbor and Avalon as part of the Cape May County service corridor. Both communities are approximately 30 minutes from our Somers Point, NJ office under normal driving conditions. All standard services—inspections, storm checks, HVAC monitoring, and keyholding—are available in both, subject to scheduling.

Emergency checks are available throughout the full service area, including Cape May NJ, Wildwood NJ, and Sea Isle City NJ, roughly 35 to 40 miles from the Somers Point office. For emergency visits, we're available 7 days a week at (609) 335-1657. Distance does not affect thoroughness or the written report delivered after every check.

Yes, Veteran Home Watch covers Egg Harbor Township and the surrounding suburban Atlantic County communities. Seasonal and extended-absence risks apply equally to inland properties: HVAC failures, slow plumbing leaks, and pest intrusion are not exclusive to coastal homes. The same inspection standards and reporting process apply regardless of property location.

We cover condominiums, townhomes, and single-family homes across all covered communities. Condo visits focus on the unit interior and any exclusive-use exterior spaces. Common area maintenance is the responsibility of the condo association, but if we identify an issue during a check, we can liaise directly with the association on the owner's behalf.

Brigantine, NJ is approximately 12 to 15 miles north of our Ocean City, NJ—a 20 to 25 minute drive under post-storm conditions. Post-storm checks in Brigantine, NJ are typically schedulable the same day or the morning after a storm clears, depending on road and bridge access. Every post-storm check includes a written report with photos delivered to the owner on the day of the visit.
